Kadokawa started streaming a brand new promotional video for Kei Sazane‘s Kami wa Game ni Ueteiru (The Ultimate recreation-battles of a boy and the gods or actually, God is Hungry for Games) mild novel sequence on Friday. The video reveals that the novels have an anime adaptation in the works. The announcement doesn’t specify the anime’s format.
The novels heart on supreme gods who’ve an excessive amount of time on their arms, so that they create the final “intellectual game” titled “Kamigami no Asobi.” Reche, a former goddess, declares that she is going to discover the most expert human in this age to deliver together with her to problem the gods in this recreation. She chooses a younger man and rookie named Fey.
Kadokawa revealed the novel’s first quantity in January 2021 with illustrations by Toiro Tomose. The novels’ fourth quantity will ship on January 25.

Yen Press is publishing the mild novels and their manga adaptation in English. Kadokawa started publishing the novels in print in Japan in May 2017. Okama launched the manga adaptation in Hakusensha‘s Young Animal journal in May 2018.
The novels impressed a tv anime that premiered in October 2020. Funimation streamed the anime, and likewise streamed an English dub. The anime can have a sequel.
